The world around us: a commentary.

Do you have people in your lives that say that they are alright with your being gay or lesbian, but in all actuality they are not. Actually, its alright if your are gay as long as you not BE gay. You know what I mean... Sure they are open minded enough to accept you as long as you not be yourself. But hey, they are open minded. That would be like saying to a fat person, "Hey, its alright if you're fat, just don't be fat around me." Pealady and I absolutely hate those people who cannot even be honest enough with themselves to say that they aren't alright with our being gay. If a person isn't alright with it, fine, at least they aren't liars. If they want to be alright about it but aren't then they should be honest enough to want to change, and not fake something they are not.
Thats the world around us.
